  1. Bishop Robert Barron's DVD study series - Pivotal Players- continues this Monday, February 5th with a discussion of St. Francis of Assisi. Free dinner for participants will be offered at 6:00PM, with the video and discussion in Newman Hall immediately following dinner.
  2. The next Theology on Tap is this Tuesday, February 6th.  Dr. Gwen Adams will speak on "The Role of Story in Moral Formation."  Join us at Harry's at 7:15PM.
  3. Boiler Awakening #16 registration is open! More information and registration details can be found at boilercatholics.org.
  4. The Arts and Environmental committee is in need of used/unwanted CD's to be repurposed for the Lenten decorations behind the altar.  There will be a labeled bin in the gathering space to place them throughout Lent.  Afterwards, the CD's will be recycled at the CD Recycling Center of America.
  5. The Third Option, marriage enrichment program, is for couples or married persons who wants to discover communications skills that can make their marriage better, or save their marriage from a crisis. This confidential group support meets every Monday night, from 7:00-9:00PM at Central Catholic.
  6. After the weekend Masses of February 11th and 18th, St. Tom's Youth Ministry will be selling Catholic jewelry and rosaries to help raise money for our high school and middle school youth ministry programs.  Proceeds will help from sponsoring youth to go on retreats to numerous other youth group events.
  7. Our annual Italian Dinner benefiting our spring break mission trips cooked by Fr. Patrick and our missionaries is this Friday, February 9th from 6:00-8:30PM. Dinner includes pasta, roast chicken, Italian bread, salad, wine, and spumoni ice cream. Live music by Cool City Band. Tickets MUST be purchased in advanced and are being sold after all Masses this weekend. $15/adults & $10/students.
  8. Musical Volunteers Making The Difference (MoVeMenT-D) invites you to our spring callout - Tuesday, February 6th at 7:30PM in Room 23, upstairs at St. Tom's.
  9. MoVeMenT-D performs music from the 50's through the 80's at local senior housing 2-3 times each semester.  Practices are arranged with respect to everyone's schedule.  Please see us in the gathering space after Mass with questions.
