  1. If you feel like you may be called to priestly life, please join our discernment group for dinner and conversation this Monday at 6:00PM.  We will meet in the gather space. Fr. Jude McPeak, the promoter of vocations for the Dominicans will be our special guest.

  3. St. Tom’s will be offering an incredible Bible Study program from Ascension Press.

  4. Come meet new friends or play with old ones as St. Tom’s looks to continue their pattern of Intramural Sports excellence this semester. Today is the last day to sign up for the first round of PCS Intramural sports, including flag football, outdoor soccer, sand volleyball, inner tube water polo, floor hockey, and the outdoor basketball tournament!   5. 1 in 8 people in Indiana struggle with hunger, 1 in 5 children in Indiana struggle with hunger, and Indiana has one of the highest rates of senior hunger, with 11.7% of seniors struggling with hunger--that's 631,800 seniors in Indiana. What can you do to help? Participate in the 26th annual Hunger Hike on Sept 16th by sponsoring a hiker or raising funds yourself. Go to www.hungerhike.org for more info. And look for TEAM ST.TOMS. Together we can fight Hunger!

  6. Next week is the first weekend of the Month – so, it is time to bring in food for our monthly St. Tom’s Food Drive benefiting the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry.

  7. Getting to know someone’s name is the first step in offering a warm welcoming.  Thanks for participating in our monthly Name Tag Sunday. You can also win $500 by participating.  Just place your name in the baskets at the door with your name and phone number – and remember – we are all called to be ministers of hospitality – we are each called to be the welcoming face of St. Tom’s.

  8. New Students, are you looking for an easy way to make friends and get involved at St. Tom's? Then the New Student Overnighter is what you are looking for! My name is Matthias Voglewede, and I am one of the coordinators for the New Student Overnighter. This is a wonderful event for you to find a home, friends, and many ways to be involved in the Catholic Community. We would like to invite you to join the fun as we participate in much shenanigans such as human hungry hungry hippos and more! The event begins at 4pm on Friday September 7th and will last until Saturday at 4pm. You can register on the main page of the Boiler Catholic website by scrolling down.
