Home Ministries Family Life

Family Life

All students and resident parishioners are invited to participate in activities sponsored by the Family Life Office. These activities provide opportunities for students and resident parishioners to be involved as teachers, teachers' aids and program facilitators. Family Life provides an opportunity for interaction between the students and the families of the parish. Volunteers are always needed for various activities. Come share your faith with our youth. We invite you, and welcome your participation!

Religious Education Classes

Religious Education classes are offered for three-year-olds through twelfth grade. Classes meet on September through April, Sunday mornings for 3-year olds through 5th grades, and Sunday evenings for grades 6th through 12th. Resident parishioners and Purdue students team-teach which creates a unique and stimulating classroom environment. Catechists and substitute catechists are always needed. • St. Peter Chrysologus (July 30, 2010)
A man who vigorously pursues a goal may produce results far beyond his expectations and his intentions. Thus it was with Peter of the Golden Words, as he was called, who as a young man became bishop of Ravenna, the capital of the empire in the West.
